A helpline service for people experiencing drug and alcohol addiction in London and the South East. Rehab 4 Addiction is a free helpline set up by people who are themselves in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.

Quicksilver Bowes Academy

Quicksilver Bowes Academy is a community based organisation that offers boxing classes and mentoring for young people aged 8-17.

The Academy’s main aim is to use boxing as a form of therapeutic intervention to deter young people from gang membership and youth violence, whilst encouraging the enhancement and development of boxing skills, general fitness and overall wellbeing.
